  • 3 egg whites
  • 150ml low fat whipped cream
  • 1 Scoop XOOG Belgian Chocolate Isolate Whey Protein
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 100g melted dark chocolate (sugar free)
  • 100g melted milk chocolate (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • Start by whisking the egg whites until peaks are formed
  • Keep whisking the cream till it becomes a little tight. For best results, use a chilled bowl. Add the XOOG Belgian Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • Using a double boiler melt the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate
  • Add the cocoa powder and vanilla essence to the melted chocolate mixture
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the beaten cream, folding gently with a spatula
  • Add the beaten whites to the chocolate mixture incorporating it gently with a spatula
  • Leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours
