Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 150ml low fat whipped cream
- 1 Scoop XOOG Belgian Chocolate Isolate Whey Protein
- 25g cocoa powder
- 100g melted dark chocolate (sugar free)
- 100g melted milk chocolate (sugar free)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Start by whisking the egg whites until peaks are formed
- Keep whisking the cream till it becomes a little tight. For best results, use a chilled bowl. Add the XOOG Belgian Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
- Using a double boiler melt the dark chocolate and the milk chocolate
- Add the cocoa powder and vanilla essence to the melted chocolate mixture
- Add the chocolate mixture to the beaten cream, folding gently with a spatula
- Add the beaten whites to the chocolate mixture incorporating it gently with a spatula
- Leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours
