Cancellation and Return Policy:
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact customer care at email@example.com.
- If your complete order or part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to fulfill your order, we will get in touch with you.
- If your order is cancelled after the amount is charged to your credit card the same amount will be reversed back in your original payment method.
- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us, Americos and accept Americos’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- Our main aim is to make sure that all transactions on our website are seamless.
- Our delivery system follows highest norms and we take great care in delivering the products
- Return will not be accepted if the product is not liked by the customer.
- Return will not be accepted if the product or packaging of the product is used or tampered with.
- We reserve the rights on refunds on any products sold. Products once sold can be exchanged for replacement or credit note within 7 days of receipt of the order on the condition that the product is unused and not tampered and meets our return standard.
- If, by mistake, you have received a damaged product or a wrong product, please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the order. After verification of the returned product we shall send you a fresh product
- All the products bought on sale or on discount or through a coupon or gift voucher are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
