We ship products to most addresses across India. You can check shipping eligibility at the time of check out. Products cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.

You can either login to your account or review the order confirmation email which was sent to you on your registered email address at the time of order. You will receive an additional email confirmation once your order is shipped.

All our orders are processed within two working days if the order is received before 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The processing of orders which have been received after 5:00 pm, on Saturday or Sunday or on Holidays, will begin on the following working day. Once your order is shipped, depending on your location, it should reach you in about 5 working days. Accidental delays may occur due to travel restrictions, Weather or other external factors that are beyond our control.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking and a host of e-wallets.

Shipping is free unless specified.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact customer care on +918238745404 or email us at getxoog@americosind.com . Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Products may get damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged product, please contact customer care at getxoog@americosind.com with photographs of the parcel within 24-48 hours of delivery.

We would love to ship to our international fans but we can't ship outside of India at present.

Absolutely! XOOG products can be used as an everyday snack. We strive to provide you with the best ingredients to nourish your body with no extra additives, stabilizers, preservatives, or fillers so you can feel good about including it in your diet with or without exercise!

Having protein powder in place of your normal meals is usually not recommended, be it XOOG or any other protein powder or supplement.

Supplements act as a great addition as part of your meal. If you have protein powders alone it will not be a great source for keeping you active and satisfied for a long time. It is better to use it as a supplement instead of a replacement.
